Communications Audit

The output from the organisation had been the same for a number of years and Tash Pennant Consultancy was commissioned to do a communications audit and provide some recommendations which could help them communicate better with their internal and external audiences.

Over a period of a few months of support, the organisation decided to update their website, rename and refresh their service news segment, update their social media platforms and reformat one of their key information-based emails to subscribers to a newsletter format, saving time for their administrative team colleagues.
